Walcot House brings a unique style of YOGA. class to the city of Bath.

We are here to change how you flow…

Walcot house brings a high energy yoga flow which will awaken the body and soul. 

Using the sound system and energy of the nightclub our instructors will take you through a practice that will connect you to yourself and each other, in a way only music can. 

YOGA: Loosely translated from its Sanskrit root – means “union” or “integration” – the bringing together of a sound mind & spirit within a sound body…

Who is YOGA. for?

This class is suitable for all levels and abilities. 

What do I need to bring?

You can bring your own mat if you wish but we have mats, blocks and straps for you.
Please bring a water bottle and wear appropriate workout clothing. 

How much is it?

We have 4 pricing options for you -

MEET THE TEAM

Chloë  trained as a Vinyasa Yoga Teacher with the Sacred Fig Faculty in Bali. She creates fiery flows and creative sequences, perfect to stretch you early birds first thing! CK loves bringing an element of play into her Yoga sessions so keeping an open-mind is vital. Using our incredible sound system, Chloë creates tailor-made playlists for each session, allowing you to connect to rhythm and musicality.

Holly  focuses on awareness and movement of breathe with relationship to gravity and the ability to develop healthy body mechanics. She is passionate in supporting you to feel empowered and embodied in your movement practice. Her warm and non–dogmatic approach allows everyone to feel welcome.

Jessica  trainer in Ashtanga Yoga at Himalaya Yoga Valley in Goa in 2017. Although Jessica loves the traditional practice of Ashtanga, she also puts her own spin on it. Expect a dynamic practice in a totally non judgemental environment with a fun and friendly vibe. Jessica is also a massage therapist and personal trainer so she has a thorough understanding of the body.
